I. Shopping Complex at Konark.
A shopping complex at Konark has been undertaken by erstwhile PKRIT (now PKDA). Over an area of Ac.0.46 dec, in Mz: Konark. The shops have been allotted to the beneficiaries since 1990-91. The following sizes of shops have been constructed.

28 nos of different sizes of shops in S.M.H.A.Scheme have been completed and allotted to the beneficiaries since-1990. The Scheme has been constructed over a part of plot of SMHA Scheme. The following are the sizes of the shops allotted.

III. Mini Kalyan Mandap within SMH.A. Scheme.
A Mini Kalyan Mandap within the premises of SMHA Scheme has been developed and leased out to the private entry for 15 years.
IV. Tourist Home.
A Tourist Home Complex has been constructed over an extant of land measuring Ac. 0.144 dec. The building has been leased out to the Heald l Deptt. For 15 years with annual charges of Rs. 4,09,000/-
V. Bus stand at Konark
A Bus stand has been constructed at Konark along with the Market Complex of Konark. The Bus stand has been constructed by erstwhile PKRIT (now PKDA) has been handed over Konark NAC.
